Can You Truly Love Yourself?
Where true growth happens…
Sometimes it is difficult to remember the beauty and joy available to you on this planet.
Sometimes all you can see is the suffering, the darkness, and the pain.
These moments do not feel great.
However, please be reminded that focusing on the world’s suffering will tend to multiply its energies. What you focus on, you receive, you see, you perceive.
This does not mean to step into a fake relationship with happiness or ‘good vibes’. There are days you will need to rest in order to reset, by feeling, and letting go of emotions, old pain, and wounds. This is all part of the process. Allow yourself to truly feel what is going on inside of you.
Then ask yourself what is needed on this very day, in this very moment.
Do you need to be introspective, tending to your own emotions? Do you need a good workout or a decent cry? Do you feel the urge to sing, dance, and shake your body? Do you need to scream it all out?
Follow the urges of your soul to come back into alignment; and don’t lose yourself amidst everything else demanding your attention. Do not project outwards what is yours and what needs to be acknowledged and loved by you. Focus on yourself. This is how you can move to greater heights.
Do not judge yourself when you feel off, unbalanced, and in pain. Give yourself permission to communicate with your soul. The answers are always on the inside and can never be found when tuning into your outer world. Do not run away from what is yours, but, at the same time, do not amplify your own pain by tuning into the suffering around you. This does not help nor heal the planet, nor will it make you feel better.
